    Despite the 3D view, there are no physical effects (sinks or swells), which makes it possible to personalize the cards smoothly.

    E-Kart’s innovative dual SIM card, which integrates two different SIMs in a single card frame, serves GSM operators who offer a single number on two cards for use in two mobile devices or two consecutive numbers on the same card for use in a single device. Relative to standard SIM card, the new product uses 50% less plastic, so it also has stronger sustainability credentials.

    E-Kart consulted numerous suppliers in its search for biodegradable materials that met its standards and could be used in place of PVC, which takes hundreds of years to decompose in the environment. Cards made with the new material biodegrade in 39 months. Moreover, a seed inserted in the card becomes a tree, flower or vegetable if the expired card is “planted” in the earth.
